Return Policy

All sales at Little Smile Store are final. Returns accepted within 7 days for damaged/defective items. We encourage customers to review all product details carefully before placing an order.


Damaged or Defective Items

We understand that sometimes things can go wrong in transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we are here to help - subject to the following conditions:

Mandatory Requirement – Unboxing Video To raise a damage or defect claim, you must provide a full, uncut, and unedited video of the parcel being opened (from the moment the outer packaging is unpacked). This video is mandatory and must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order. Claims raised after 24 hours or without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained.

Claim Process:

  1. Record a full, uncut, unedited video at the time of opening your parcel - do not stop or edit the video at any point.
  2. Submit the video along with your order details to our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. Our team will review your claim and contact you within 24 hours of receiving valid proof.
  4. If the claim is found to be valid, our team will take appropriate action, which may include a replacement or a refund, depending on the nature of the case and product availability.

Refunds

Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued via one of the following methods, as determined on a case-by-case basis:

  • Original payment method, or
  • Store credit

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange allowed for wrong item sent.


Return Shipping

Return Eligibility We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases:

  • Item received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Item is significantly different from description

All return requests must be accompanied by an unboxing video.

In the rare event that a return is required as part of an approved damage/defect claim, return shipping charges will be borne by Little Smile Store. Our team will coordinate the pickup process with you directly.
