We ship across all of India. No matter where you are located, we will deliver right to your doorstep.
2. Shipping Partner
All orders are shipped through our trusted logistics partner, Delhivery, known for their reliable and wide-reaching delivery network across India.
3. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Enjoy free shipping on all prepaid orders, regardless of order value.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Shipping charges may apply for COD orders and will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option for customers who prefer to pay upon receiving their order. COD availability is subject to your delivery location and will be confirmed at checkout.
5. Order Processing Time
Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, our team will process and pack your order within 1 to 2 business days before it is handed over to Delhivery for dispatch. Orders placed on public holidays or Sundays will be processed on the next working business day.
6. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location within India. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as remote locations, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number on the Delhivery website or app to monitor your shipment in real time.
8. Failed Delivery and Undelivered Orders
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the customer being unavailable, an incorrect address, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order will be treated as cancelled. In such cases, the parcel will be returned to us and no refund or re-delivery will be initiated for COD orders. 9. Damaged in Transit
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged due to transit handling, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for the complete claim process. As a brief summary, you will need to share a full, uncut and unedited parcel opening video within 24 hours of receiving your order as proof of damage. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours of receiving valid proof.
10. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address, pincode, and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order. Little Smile Store is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
